Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings of Park Accommodation (Cabins or Vans) for more than two (2) nights stay will require a 50% deposit as security. This is to be provided via credit card at the time of the booking.
When a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, a fee equivalent to 1 night of accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no refund given for early departures.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at their discretion.
In the event that persons are evicted from the park due to a breach of the rules and conditions, they will not receive a refund of any fees paid and may be barred from returning to the park.
It is Management's intention to implement a 'no tolerance' policy regarding breaches of safety and noise rules within the park. It is the aim of Management to develop a clean, friendly park for all to enjoy.

Small print details
Storage of vans or vehicles is $2.00 per day. If storage is on site, then full site fees will apply. All charges are inclusive of GST.
